Synopsis:
Superboy travels into the past in order to prevent Abraham Lincoln’s assassination at Ford Theatre. He arrives early in the day and attempts to warn the President. However, he can not find Lincoln right away.

In his search for the President he finds the adult Lex Luthor. Luthor has used a time machine to escape from Superman and arrives in this time period. He uses some Red Kryptonite on Superboy which paralyzes the Boy of Steel. Luthor believes that Superboy has come to capture him, but when the assassination occurs on schedule, Luthor realizes his mistake. He returns to his own time feeling guilt over his role in allowing Lincoln’s murder. Superboy also returns to his own time after the effects of the Red K wear off.
