Chap 2. : "Superboy’s Lost Friend"

Synopsis:
Superboy discovers a rocket buried under the ground which contains artifacts from the planet Zumoor. He flys to Zumoor where he meets Mighty Boy, a super-hero from that world. Mighty Boy came from Earth originally and was sent into space by his parents who were stranded on a desert island. He gained powers under Zumoor’s gravity and lives a life which parallels Superboy’s.

After Superboy’s arrival, Mighty Boy begins to go through several strange changes. First he becomes paralyzed during a rescue, then he gains a super-brain, and finally he is temporarily split into two separate people. Superboy realizes that his own body is responsible for the changes to his new friend. Zumoor’s moon causes Superboy to act to Mighty Boy as Red Kryptonite does to him. The Boy of Steel returns to Earth fearing himself too dangerous to remain on Zumoor.
