Synopsis:
Wealthy Richard Manners receives a death threat and requests police protection. That night Manners disappears, and the police find a bronze miniature of Manners in his place. Doctor Occult believes that something transformed the man into the statue.

Doctor Occult learns that a scientist had a grudge against Manners for stealing his invention. Occult and Police Captain Ellsworth locate the scientist who turns his transformation device on them. Doctor Occult uses his mystic talisman to deflect the ray, turning it against the scientist. The killer falls victim to the same fate as Manners, being turned into a miniature bronze statue.
