Lex Luthor marries Ardora in this story.
This story continues in the first story of Action Comics #319.
Synopsis:
Luthor escapes from jail, then stows away aboard a rocket bound for space. Luthor reprograms the rocket to take him to the planet Lexor where he is reunited with Ardora. The Lexorians hail the return of their hero, and Lex marries Ardora.
Superman follows Luthor to Lexor. He lands his space ship and follows Lex to the city. Luthor has monitors set to detect Superman's presence. When Superman nears the city, the alarms are sounded and Lex goes to meet the Man of Steel. Lex promises Ardora not to kill his foe.
Superman is powerless under Lexor's red sun, but he fights Luthor anyway. When he punches Lex, Luthor falls and strikes his head. Luthor is pronounced dead, and Superman is accused of murder. Ardora convinces the people to give her husband's killer a trial. No one will defend Superman, so Vel Quennar is appointed to act as Superman's lawyer.
