Synopsis:
Clark Kent joins his classmates on an underwater excursion. Pop Harper, the father of one of Clark's classmates is salvaging a wrecked ship nearby. When an accident endangers the boys, Superboy must rescue them, destroying the salvaged ship in the process.

Pop Harper is ruined, so Superboy offers to help him win new salvage contracts. Superboy then raises several wrecked vessels for Harper. Mr. Griffin, owner of a rival salvage company frames Harper for smuggling. Superboy and the boys help Harper to clear his name and expose Griffin as the real smuggler.
