Synopsis:
The underworld is perplexed by Superboy. They realize that he is invulnerable, so they seek out other ways to defeat him. Racket boss Silver Smith and his gang stage a series of fake accidents in which Superboy appears to injure innocent people with his powers. The scheme nearly intimidates Superboy into giving up his powers for good. When the Boy of Steel catches a man he supposedly made deaf listening to the radio, he realizes that he was tricked. Superboy turns the tables on the crooks and apprehends them.
