Synopsis:
When school boy Johnny West roller skates into a dangerous intersection, Superboy rescues him from a collision with a truck. Superboy urges Johnny to start a Junior Safety Council to prevent accidents. Superboy takes Johnny on patrol, so the boy can film Superboy saving the victims of several accidents. The film provides important safety advice to other youngsters on how to prevent accidents.
