Synopsis:
While searching an abandoned town for a missing nurse, Sgt. Rock is ambushed. His leg is wounded, so he dives into a building for cover. Inside he finds the missing nurse, Wini Winston. The Germans throw a grenade into the building. The nurse dives on it to save Rock. Rock blames himself for her death and memorizes the faces of the Nazis who killed her.
Later, after being rescued by Easy, Rock goes on patrol looking for the killers. When engaging a sniper, Rock is temporarily blinded. He is taken back to camp for aid and meets Wini's twin sister Wendy.
The camp falls under attack. Rock doesn't want Wendy to die too, so he helps her escape into the forest. Rock's eyesight returns just in time for him to spot the two German killers. He protects Wendy, then takes out both men using his fists. When they are both defeated, Rock feels he has avenged the dead nurse.
