Comments:
As shown in the first story of Superman #105, this story occurs on Earth-1.
Synopsis:
An electrical storm causes a being from another dimension to be transported to Earth. The creature which is quickly named "It" menaces nearby farms on its way to Metropolis. Superman battles the creature and eventually deduces that it is a child. Superman then orders an evacuation of Metropolis and a complete shutdown of all electricity within the city. Once the evacuation is complete Superman lures the creature to an electrical toy he has constructed and sends it back to its own dimension.
