Synopsis:
The Rainbow Man escapes from prison with the help of his henchman, Dictionary. He regains control of his old gang, then begins a new crime spree based on colors.

During a performance, Greg Sanders recognizes the crook and goes into action as the Vigilante. After a pair of clashes, Vigilante finally apprehends Rainbow Man and his gang, returning them to prison.
