Synopsis:
Rainbow Man escapes from prison by faking an illness. Unknown to the crook, he really is sick. The illness causes him to become color-blind and mix up the colors red and green.

During Rainbow Man’s color-related crimes, Vigilante realizes that his opponent is color blind. He plans a trap at a museum, but instead of stealing a ruby as intended, Rainbow Man steals an emerald. The crook nearly gets away, but he stops at a green light, thinking it is red. The mistake allows Vigilante to catch up and capture Rainbow Man.
