Synopsis:
Vigilante pursues three bandits known as the Rope Raiders. The crooks use rope tricks and lassos to assist them in their crimes. When the Raiders try to steal a Navy payroll, Vigilante is caught trying to stop them. Stuff helps him escape, then he battles them again at a concert for the Praire Troubadour. This time he is victorious. Then he finishes his concert.
