Synopsis:
The Boy Commandos chase a notorious jewel thief known as Diamond Hand across the globe. The trail leads the boys to Dr. Maret in the town of Glen Harbor. After Rip and the boys question the doctor, Rip is convinced that the man is Diamond Hand.

The boys begin following Maret, but the man eludes them. Then as Diamond Hand, Maret commits another robbery. Rip finally sets a trap at the mansion of Lady Trevor, owner of the Saturn Sapphire. Diamond Hand strikes and gets away, but not before Brooklyn gets his fingerprints. With the evidence, Rip and the boys apprehend Maret back in Glen Harbor.
