Synopsis:
In Smallville, Lana Lang introduces Supergirl to Jonathan and Martha Kent. A short time later Superman returns to town for a picnic with Lana. However, he is called away to help the Doom Patrol in its battle with Metallo. However, this Lana is really Supergirl in disguise. She has been regaining her memory and thinks about the mission given to her by Lex Luthor.
Meanwhile Superman has located the Doom Patrol. Several of their members are injured and must remain behind, while the Man of Steel tracks down Robotman and Metallo. At his request, Superman decapitated Robotman who has fallen under Metallo's control. When the robotic villain tries to kill Negative Woman, Scott Fischer stops him and superheats his metallic body. Celsius uses her cold powers to finish off Metallo. However, when Superman gathers his pieces, Metallo's head is missing.
