Synopsis:
Mister Miracle's presence in Bailey is exposed on television after he rescues a group of bank employees. Scott wants to leave town, but Oberon convinces him to stay. However, Henry Hayes, aka Maxi-Man, wants Mister Miracle to leave town. He wants to establish himself as Bailey's super-hero. After failing to stop a purse snatcher Maxi-Man tries to lift a jack-knifed tanker truck. This leads to an explosion.
Mister Miracle arrives on the scene to help. Angered, Maxi-Man starts a fight. Eventually, the potential victim of the truck disaster gets Maxi-Man to back down. He decides to leave town, hoping to find another town without an established hero.
