This story is part 3 of "The Universo Project".
This story is continued from Legion of Super-Heroes #33 and continues in Legion of Super-Heroes #35.
Synopsis:
Saturn Girl and her team of escaped Legionnaires make their way to Naltor where they learn that the Legion has been disbanded and that Earth has closed itself of to the rest of the universe. They board one of the few ships going to Earth incognito. Security detects Chameleon Boy as a Durlan which leads to a conflict with the Science Police. The quartet of Legionnaires reach Earth, but they find themselves hunted by the authorities.
Elsewhere Zymyr finishes his plot to capture Tellus and his team on Hykraius. He then returns to Earth to meet up with Universo. Mon-El and his team are also captured by Universo's agent Relnic who has double-crossed the Legionnaires.
