Synopsis:
Superman visits Professor Hamilton's lab where Jimmy Olsen is recovering from his elastic condition. The professor has constructed a timeline for Jimmy's infection. Tests on Superman show a similarity which leads Superman to suspect that the Eradicator is responsible. He brings the Eradicator to the lab. The professor examines it, then accidentally triggers a mechanism. The lab is heavily damaged from the released energy, and Jimmy has a relapse of elasticity. Superman eventually shuts down the Eradicator. He then buries it in Antarctica for safekeeping. He decides to take Jimmy to Cadmus for help with his condition.
