This story occurs following the presidential ban on super-heroes issued in Legends #2.
This story is continued in part from Infinity Inc. #33 and continues in Infinity Inc. #35.
Synopsis:
Infinity Inc. travels to Canada to provide security for an international trade conference. The team is joined by Tasmanian Devil, Green Flame, Rising Sun, and Icemaiden from the Global Guardians. After the two teams challenge each other to prove their superiority, they set up divide forces to cover the different rooms at the conferences.
Injustice Unlimited, a team of super-villains consisting of JSA foes and their successors, interrupt the conference. They hypnotize Icemaiden into helping them and quickly defeat the combined forces of Infinity Inc. and the Global Guardians. The Wizard then issues orders to the conference delegates to deliver money. He has an additional task for the heroes to complete. To coerce them to comply he shows them that Hourman is his hostage.
