This story is continued from Flash #17.
Barry Allen's gravestone shows he was born in 1956.
Synopsis:
Wally uses his newly returned speed powers to rescue a member of Blue Trinity who has been tied to a bomb. He then tracks down Rosie Gilchrist whom Vandal Savage buried in Barry Allen's empty grave. Wally makes the save then faces an attack helicopter sent by Savage. Mason Tollbridge shoots down the helicopter, then Wally returns Rosie to her father.
Meanwhile, Mary West takes a job as Chunk's secretary.
