Synopsis:
Without a supply of the drug Velocity 9, many addicts begin killing themselves. Red Trinity, now calling themselves Kapitalist Kourier is rounding up the victims.
Meanwhile Wally is coping both with the loss of his fortune and the loss of his powers. He is forced to sell his home and move into a ramshackle apartment. He meets Mason Trollbridge, one of his new neighbors, and receives a surprise check from Chunk who is now using his genius for positive purposes.
Wally then encounters a man moving at super-speed who dons a Flash costume. The man comes bearing a message from Vandal Savage. He then brutally beats Wally at super-speed, leaving him to crawl back home.
