Synopsis:
Two wax statues of infamous criminals are stolen from a museum by a scientist. Using his own breakthrough methods the scientist is able to animate the statues and turn them loose as crooks. Hourman learns about the museum robbery and publicizes the display of a third bandit statue.

The scientist sends his gang to steal the third statue. Hourman follows them back to their hide-out, but his powers wear off while fighting with them. He offers to show the scientist a special formula and is given access to chemicals. Hourman creates another dose of Miraclo which gives him another hour of power. He then defeats the scientist and destroys the animated statues with acid.
