Synopsis:
Rex Tyler attends the World's Fair to help with the Bannerman Exhibit. After seeing the exhibit, Gerlad Rochester invites Rex to his home to perform for his guests. Rex takes the invitation, but is waylaid by crooks on the way to the house. The crooks kidnap Rochester's daughter and intend to rob the wealthy guests. Rex intervenes as Hourman and apprehends the crooks.
