Synopsis:
Hourman learns that someone dressed as him has been committing crimes around the city. He suspects Bob Wallace, a new chemist employed at his lab. Hourman follows Wallace and catches him dressed in costume. However, the chemist has actually been hypnotized by Dr. Snegg. Hourman frees Wallace from the hypnosis, then saves the mayor from a bomb. While being pursued by Hourman, Snegg is involved in a car crash. Afterwards, Hourman sends a note to the mayor explaining the situation which clears his name.
