Synopsis:
Where the Justice League fights evil on Earth-1, and the Justice Society upholds the law on Earth-2, the Crime Syndicate of America is a super-team of criminals on Earth-3. In this parallel world, history is strangely twisted, and every super-being is a super-villain. Johnny Quick, Power Ring, Superwoman, Owlman, and Ultraman are the counterparts of Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman, respectively.

When the villains accidentally discover the existence of Earth-1, they resolve to invade it and battle the Justice League heroes. In battles between Flash and Ultraman, Batman and Johnny Quick, Superman and Power Ring, Wonder Woman and Superwoman, and Green Lantern and Owlman, the heroes prove victorious until the villains play their trump card: a secret word that automatically vibrates them and their counterparts into Earth-3.

Seeking a neutral battleground for a return match, the Syndicate then discovers Earth-2. The League members are imprisoned in their headquarters, while the Crime Syndicate journeys to Earth-2 to overcome the Justice Society. However, the JLA forewarns the JSA of the super-villains' secret strategy.
