Synopsis:
Hawkman chairs a JSA meeting and relates the story of a German plot to create dissention in America. Eight spies have been sent to America to create strife. The JSA divides themselves up to track down the spies with the help of the Junior Justice Society members of nearby towns. The spies each try to disrupt war production by pitting races and classes against one another. The JSA steps in and reveals the Nazi plot. Following the capture of the spies, the JSA takes part in a stage show to help unite all Americans in a single war effort.
