Synopsis:
The Justice Society is ordered to round up the Black Dragon Society members operating in America. The Dragon’s have stolen eight inventions and kidnapped the scientists responsible for their creation. Each JSA member tracks down a group of Black Dragon’s and rescues a scientist. Johnny Thunder however is captured by the Dragons, but his Thunderbolt brings the JSA to his aid in time to rescue him.
