Synopsis:
Robin's high school holds an election for the most talented student, the best scholar, and the best athlete. Ormund Thunk and Jack Thayer are the favorites for best scholar and best athlete, but they are outperformed by Frank Murdock and Sam Till. Robin discovers that gangsters are helping the boys and sabotaging Thunk and Thayer. Robin tracks down Benjamin Doane, the gang boss, who wants his candidates to win the elections so that he can use them to make money. Robin apprehends Doane and ensures the election is conducted fairly. As expected Thayer and Thunk prevail.
