Synopsis:
Batman responds to the sound of gunshots on a rooftop. He finds a gang of crooks there and is knocked out. The gang is about to kill him when Robin arrives and chases them away. However, they escape with Batman's utility belt.

The crooks examine the belt and the gadgets contained within. Using it as a model, the crooks construct utility belts of their own which they use for crime. Batman tracks them down again, but once again he is knocked out. This time the crooks replace his belt with one containing a bomb. They intend to use it to kill both Batman and Robin.

Batman recovers and rejoins Robin. They go after the crooks again. This time they capture them. The gang is surprised when the bomb does not go off. Batman explains that he realized his belt was switched after he regained consciousness.
