Synopsis:
Kathy Kane’s niece Betty visits from out of town and learns Kathy’s secret identity of Batwoman. Betty devises a costume for herself and becomes Bat-Girl. Batwoman agrees to train Betty, but she is really just stalling, hoping that Betty will give up. To prove herself, Betty tries to apprehend the Cobra Gang herself, but is captured herself. She does manage to alert Batman and Batwoman to her peril and is rescued. In the battle with the Cobra Gang, Betty performs admirably, earning the right to wear the costume again someday.
