Synopsis:
Al Pratt attends the Calvin College Diamond Ball. His ex-girlfriend Mary James is almost present wearing a diamond necklace. Crooks crash the party and attempt to steal the necklace. Al sneaks away and dons a costume with a mask. He then returns and stops the crooks. After leaving his calling card, the Atom resumes his identity as Al Pratt. Mary is disgusted with him because she thinks that Al is a coward.
