Synopsis:
A master criminal known as the Dwarf begins a series of crimes. Tex N. Thomas and his friend Danny Dunbar witness one of the crimes. The duo possess a pair of special rings which when touched together give them both explosive power. As TNT and Dyna-Mite the pair battle the Dwarf. However, they captured.

The heroes are left in a burning room to die. TNT and Dyna-Mite struggle to survive and then successfully escape. They then track down the Dwarf who is beginning a daring jewel robbery. This time the heroes prevail, and the Dwarf is apprehended.
