"The Secret Origin of Booster Gold"
Synopsis:
Booster Gold prepares a number of Justice League merchandise items for sale. When Blue Beetle questions him about his love for money, Booster tells him his origin.
Michael Jon Carter was a 25th Century college football star nicknamed Booster. When his mother was diagnosed with health problems, Booster offered to throw games in exchange for money. He eventually paid for his mother's medical needs, but Booster was arrested for illegal gambling.
Once released from jail, Booster took a job as a security guard at the Space Museum. Using his access, Booster stole equipment from the museum including a security drone named Skeets. He then traveled into the past using a time machine to become the hero Booster Gold.
