Synopsis:
The head of the Barker Dog Biscuit Company wants Robbie to endorse his new dog biscuits. Since Robbie doesn't eat, he believes it will be difficult to get the endorsement. When two men, Reggie and Chuck, each seek to marry his daughter, Barker offers his consent to the man who gets Robbie to endorse the biscuits.

Reggie and Chuck track down Robotman and Robbie as they pursue two criminals. Chuck assists in the capture. Robbie agrees to sign Chuck's endorsement deal even though he doesn't want to eat the biscuits.
