Synopsis:
Sylvester Pemberton is forced to attend a society ball with a colonial theme. Before the ball, he takes lessons to learn ballroom dancing. The guests at the ball have brought many items of priceless jewelry. As the ball begins, Sylvester's dance teacher leads a gang of crooks to rob the guests. Sylvester and Pat Dugan become the Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy and prevent the robbery.
