Synopsis:
The Clock escapes from prison by planting traps in the watches of the guards. He then proceeds with a series of clock inspired crimes. Robin anticipates one of the robberies, but fails to capture his foe. He does find the Clock's wristwatch which, when examined, provides a clue to the Clock's hide-out. Robin tracks down his opponent, escapes a trap, then finally succeeds in putting the Clock back behind bars.
