Synopsis:
Four assassins are trying to kill Batman. A wizard calling himself the Alchemist gives Batman a potion that gives the Caped Crusader a "charmed life". When the assassins strike, Batman is mysteriously saved from harm by accidents. Superman, who was disguised as the wizard, is secretly causing these helpful accidents. The crooks catch on to Superman’s intervention and use Kryptonite against him. Batman uses his wits to save his friend and catch the last of the assassins.
