Part 2: "The Unholy Horoscopes"
Synopsis:
Superman and Batman expose phony fortune teller Cash Carrigan at a carnival. Carrigan is forced out of the carnival, but he comes up with another scheme to get even with the World's Finest heroes. He learns their birthdays and uses astology to predict when bad luck will strike them. Carrigan then uses the alias Dr. Zodiac to commit daring crimes.
Batman and Superman try to stop Zodiac's robberies, but as predicted they fail. Zodiac then comes up with a grander plan, capturing the heroes in the process. Once Superman and Batman are out of the way, other criminals approach Zodiac to help eliminate other lawmen.
When the crooks gather together, Superman and Batman arrive to apprehend them. The heroes explain that Zodiac only captured robot decoys. They had set up Zodiac's whole operation, allowing him to believe he succeeded, in order to lure more criminals from hiding.
