Synopsis:
A bandit on a customized motorcycle causes the wheels to leave a truck transporting valuable paintings to the Midway City Museum, and makes off with the artwork, which brings Hawkman and Hawkgirl into action. On his way to an interview, Hawkman is told by birds that the cyclist has again been sighted. His encounter with the villain is complicated when the bike creates an artificial tornado which puts him out of commission, a helpless witness to another theft. While extricating himself from the trap, he watches the bandit escape, but is able to track him to his hideout, and captures him. He then discovers that the bandit is actually Jed Barnes, the reporter by whom he was to be interviewed.
