Synopsis:
Superman goes to the small town of Littledale to avert a catastrophe. While there, City Councilman Finch has Superman arrested for small crimes such as stopping traffic and littering. While in jail, the Man of Steel manages to stop the menace he came to town to prevent. Then he also arrests Finch for robbing the town of a million dollars. Superman is later forgiven for his crimes.
