Synopsis:
A giant white whale endangers shipping and threatens to ruin the Seven Seas Insurance Company. Captain Burly, a sea captain, offers to hunt down the whale, but crewmen are afraid. Burly kidnaps men from the dock, including a disguised Bruce Wayne, to use for his crew.
Aboard ship, Burly mistreats his men, so Batman challenges him. When the whale does attack, the crew mutinies forcing the captain, Batman, and Robin into a small boat to face the monster. The whale is really a submarine controlled by the insurance company secretary and being used to committ insurance fraud. The sub is sunk by the Coast Guard; only Batman and Robin survive.
