Synopsis:
Darrel Dane is contacted by police to help investigate a series of harbor bombings. Darrel identifies another ship that will be a likely target and stakes it out as Doll Man. Rats carrying bombs attempt to board the ship. Doll Man fights them off and protects the ship. He then goes after the gang that sent them. A chase ensures which results in the capture of the bombing mastermind Dr. Rodent.
