Synopsis:
Scientist Darrel Dane develops a new size reduction formula with the help of Professor Roberts. Dane uses the formula on himself and shrinks to the size of a doll. His mind is affected by the transformation. He goes berserk and attacks the professor before he regains control. The professor survives.

Darrel pledges to use his new condition to fight crime. His first chance comes when his fiance Martha is the victim of a blackmail scheme. The perpetrator is a man named Falco. Dane uses his tiny size to remain hidden. When Martha is in danger, Dane attacks Falco and chases him away. Dane dubs himself Doll Man.
