Synopsis:
The Penguin escapes from prison and begins a series of crimes related to feathers. He taunts Batman by sending him threats containing white feathers. Robin and Commissioner Gordon begin to worry when Batman exhibits signs of fear while trying to catch his foe. Eventually Batman collapses, but he gives Robin a chance. Robin apprehends the Penguin. Batman is then taken to the hospital. His fear-like symptoms were caused by a strain of pigeon fever which he contracted from the Penguin's notes which he sent to the police.
