Synopsis:
Superman petitions to adopt Jimmy Olsen. He is given Jimmy for a 30-day trial period and initially things are great. However, a prophecy machine reveals that Superman will destroy his son. In order to prevent the prophecy from fulfilling itself, Superman sabotages his relationship with Jimmy. The adoption is called off. Then, Superman explains the reason to Jimmy. Unfortunately, the prophecy refered to Superman’s sun, an artificial sun, the Man of Steel created in another solar system.
