Synopsis:
Superman suddenly discovers that he no longer possesses super-powers. Biff Buller, a common thug, knocks him down with a single punch. Superman has no idea how he lost his powers, but when he overhears a plot to bomb a World War II memorial, he goes into action anyway. Superman spots the bomber and moves in to catch him.

Meanwhile Clark Kent and Lois Lane are riding in a float in a Goodwill parade. Clark sees Superman and realizes that he is a phony. He then switches into Superman and stops the bomber himself. The other Superman is really an actor who lost his memory in a car accident.

After helping the actor and stopping the rest of the saboteurs, Superman encounters Biff Buller. The petty crook is bragging to his associates that he knocked out Superman. However, when he tries to do it again with the real Superman he is humiliated in front of his friends.
