Synopsis:
Mera is reunited with her twin sister, Hila, who has been exiled to Earth. Hila's boyfriend Kandor has also been exiled, and she requests the help of Aquaman and Mera. Mera pretends to be Hila and enters Kandor's hide-out. Her disguise fails and Kandor captures both Mera and Aquaman. Hila purposely led them into a trap.

While Aquaman fights for his life. Hila enters Atlantis pretending to be Mera. The generosity of the Atlantean people convincing her to reform, so she returns to help Aquaman and Mera escape.

Mera's hard water powers are restored by Professor Kreon to help her against Kandor. However, Kandor mistakes Mera for her sister and uses a chemical to bring her under his power. Mera then attempts to kill Aquaman. Hila intervenes. Mera wins the battle of the sisters and resumes her attack on Aquaman. Kandor calls her off, when he realizes that he loves Hila. Both Kandor and Hila promise to reform. Finally, they are both cleared of their crimes in their own dimension. Their exile is revoked, and they return home.
