Synopsis:
When a respected man, Morton Craig is arrested for theft, Clark Kent investigates. Craig won’t talk, but wants to see a Dr. Bren. Using his powers Clark follows Bren which leads him to a racketeer, Carlin. Carlin visits a chemist, Carl Grinstead, who has developed a wonder drug, Parabiolene.
The Man of Steel learns that Carlin has been using the drug to force honest men like Craig to steal for him. When Grinstead realizes Carlin’s true motives, he tries to make an antidote, but is nearly killed. Superman has Dr. Bren administer the wonder drug to Gimstead to save his life, then he brings Carlin to justice, while Craig is released from jail.
