Synopsis:
A gang of crooks begins stealing seeing-eye dogs. Robin investigates the case and accidentally is blinded himself. He visits the Second Sight Farm where he learns the use his own seeing-eye dog named Winner. The crooks strike again as they try to steal Winner from Robin. The Boy Wonder is unable to capture them, but he prevents them from stealing the dog.
The crooks are using the stolen dogs to guide them in a series of blackout robberies. Robin encounters the crooks again in a darkened tunnel. This time he and Winner prevail and apprehend the crooks. Robin then admits he was never blind, he faked his condition in order to draw out the crooks.
