Synopsis:
When a train crashes, an atom bomb that it was carrying is stolen. Batman and Robin are called to assist the FBI in tracking the thieves. Robin finds a clue and follows it to the thief. However, the crook and his boss, Little Eva, capture him.

The crooks plan to blackmail the government with the bomb. Robin escapes captivity and locates the bomb aboard a blimp. He stops the crooks, but in the scuffle the bomb is dropped above the ocean. The detonation raises an undersea island to the surface, which is then named Robin's Island.
