Synopsis:
Slam and Shorty witness a house burn to the ground after it is struck by lightning. When several other houses suffer the same fate, Slam gets suspicious. He begins investigating and learns that each house was heavily insured, but filled with junk furniture. While sifting through the rubble of one house, thugs attack him. Slam eventually realizes that the lightning was faked as part of an insurance scam by the crooks. He exposes the scam to police and apprehends the racketeers.
